Yes, as long as the minimum rental period is met: 1 week for equipment with a weekly, fortnightly or monthly rate and for add-ons; 3 days for scooters; 1 day for equipment with a daily rate; and 1 to 3 days for €15 on the manual wheelchair short-hire pack, collected in store. If you return it before the minimum, the full minimum is charged. Beyond the minimum you only pay for the time actually used: if you booked a month and return it after 3 weeks, we charge the pro-rata amount.
Maintenance and repairs are included in the rental price at no extra cost. If the product itself develops a fault, inspection and repair are free throughout the rental.
Yes, across the whole island: Manacor, Palma, Artà, Felanitx, Inca, Alcúdia, Pollença, Sóller, Llucmajor, Campos and everywhere else. Delivery and set-up cost €45, shown separately in your quote. Light items (walkers, mattresses, basic wheelchairs) can also be collected free of charge from any of our shops.
The deposit is refunded in full once the product has been collected and checked to be in good condition. Deductions are only made for damage beyond normal use. Normal wear and tear is not charged.
We deliver Monday to Friday, usually within 24–48 working hours of confirmation. Delivery or collection on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays is possible on a separate quote – ask us by WhatsApp or phone. For urgent hospital discharges, call us directly: +34 971 84 54 78 (Manacor) or +34 971 46 20 36 (Palma).
Our delivery service runs Monday to Friday. If you need delivery or collection at the weekend or on a public holiday, we will give you a separate transport quote before you confirm.
For most products, no (beds, wheelchairs, walkers, hoists). For specific rehab equipment such as the Artromot K1 knee CPM, magnetic therapy or TENS/EMS, a prescription from a doctor or physiotherapist setting out how to use it is recommended or required.

Ortopedia 25 rents out mobility aids and medical equipment with delivery to your home, holiday let, villa or hotel anywhere in Mallorca. Our shops are in Manacor (Avda. del Tren, 27) and Palma (C/ Pérez Galdós, 3A), and we deliver and set up across the island. Maintenance and repairs are included in every rental at no extra cost.

If the product fails through no misuse, Ortopedia 25 repairs or replaces it at no extra cost. Full maintenance is included in the rental price, including any technician visit to your home.
The deposit is refunded in full when the product is returned in good condition with normal wear – at collection or in store. Once the minimum rental period is met, there is no penalty for early return: we charge pro rata.
Yes, as many times as you need. Just let us know before the rental period ends. The deposit already paid remains valid.
No. Smaller items (walkers, manual wheelchairs, mattresses, TENS, Happy Legs, etc.) can be collected and returned at our shops in Manacor, Palma or Artà with no transport charge. Large items (hospital beds, hoists, scooters) must be delivered and set up.

We deliver the scooter charged and clean, with charger and instructions. Maintenance is included throughout, and if it breaks down we replace it free of charge. The deposit is refunded in full when returned in the same condition. Minimum hire: 3 days.
The i-Transformer Lite uses a removable lithium battery of about 240 Wh, accepted by most airlines with prior approval – check with yours before flying. The i-Nano and i-Tauro have gel batteries and travel dismantled by car or van, not in the cabin.
